Clayton is the Managing Director of Industrial Logistic Systems (ILS), a supply chain and logistics consulting team, specialising in the design of warehouses and distribution centres. Over the past 28 years, Clayton has been involved in the expansion and optimisation of numerous Blue Chip organisations’ supply chain and facilities strategies, both locally and internationally. Clayton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Transport (UK). He has served on the council for The Southern African Institute for Industrial Engineering (SAIIE), the Logistics Institute of South Africa and as a SAPICS board member. He is a past judge for the Logistics Achiever Awards (LAA) and currently serves on the judging panel for The Africa Supply Chain Excellence Awards (ASCEA). Clayton has a great passion for logistics education and knowledge sharing within the industry.
