Suzette Hugo is the Operations Excellence Cluster Lead for Africa within the supply chain industry, bringing over 30 years of experience across operations, finance, site management and continuous improvement. She leads and integrates Operations Excellence programmes across South and East Africa, covering multiple business sectors including consumer, retail, transport, and manufacturing. Suzette has a strong background in standardisation, performance and improvement management, change management and project governance. She enjoys translating strategies into practical, value driven execution. She holds a BCom in Business Economics and Economics and is a certified practitioner in continuous improvement methodologies.
